The competition was intense. Jesse Jensen and Deanna Mothershead were the winning team, their bridge surviving the 50-pound kettlebell, finally breaking at 60 pounds!

Whether it's stepping in to cover a class at a moment's notice or ensuring our campus stays safe with daily bag checks, Lewis is always there with a helping hand. NHS Staff Shoutout: SRO Billy Saunders!
We would like to recognize SRO Billy Saunders for his dedication to our school. Whether he’s keeping our hallways safe or sharing a laugh with students, Billy is a cornerstone of our community. Billy goes above and beyond the call of duty by fostering a secure environment while simultaneously cultivating meaningful, positive relationships with both students and staff. We are lucky to have him on our team! Thank you for building safety through connection!
After four hours of intense competition, including three physics challenges and a math test, the team of Landon Shirilla, Kameron Math, and Josiah Greek took Second Place, and the team of John Withers, David Gallo Valencia, and Isaac Faulkner took Third
The impressive turnout of both Cadet participants and parent volunteers created a palpable sense of Esprit de Corps that resonated with the local community. It was a true collaborative effort; while the Booster Club handled the strategic support, the Cadets took ownership of the mission, advocating for their program with professionalism and pride. This synergy between our student leaders and the dedicated representatives of the Booster Club allowed us to surpass our fundraising goals and strengthen our ties with the neighborhood. As we closed out the day with empty trays, it was clear that the Integrity and teamwork fostered within our JROTC program are what truly drive our success.
