TAGXEDO
If you've ever used Wordle, then you will have a blast with Tagxedo! Find a simple photo, then copy text related to that topic. With a little tweaking, the words create the image. Imagine teaching about Lincoln and outlining his silhouette with the Gettysburg Address or Martin Luther King and using his I Have a Dream speech. How about Albert Einstein and an some of his quotes? What if you were learning about a country and used an article to make its borders. Kindergarten students could make the letters they are learning by filling them with words beginning with that letter. If Math students are learning about different types of triangles, they could fill them with text about their properties. Science students learning about biomes could find a simple illustration from a particular biome and fill it with words about the characteristics of it. The possibilities are endless! www.tagxedo.com |
